Short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell you a quest and make it work. No accounts, no ad tracking, no selling your data. Ever.

What we collect

• When you buy: your email address and payment confirmation. Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Airwallex) — we never see or store your card number.
• When you play: anonymous usage events (quest started, stop completed, hint used) so we can improve the routes. Your quest progress is stored on your own device.
• Location: GPS links in the quest open your own maps app. We do not track or store your location.
• On this website: privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (page views only).

What we use it for

• Delivering your quest access link by email
• Support and refunds
• Improving the quests (aggregate stats only)

What we never do

• Sell or rent your data to anyone
• Send marketing email without your consent
• Use third-party advertising trackers

Your rights

Email us anytime to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you (usually: one email address and a purchase record). We'll handle it within 30 days.
